I would like to thank my IMO Jack Schroeder and Associates, LLC When I started selling Medicare products, I truly didn’t know what an IMO (Independent Marketing Organization) was or did. I was told by my colleagues if I ever needed any kind of support with Medicare, I could always reach out to the good people at JSA for support, and they were right. As an agent you must align yourself with an IMO that works as a middleman between you and the insurance companies. There are so many IMO’s out there; however, nobody does it quite as well as JSA. I have had the good fortune to work with them for many years now and I lean on them as much as possible. Whenever I have questions about insurance carriers, current CMS rules and regulations, accuracy and status of applications, agent recruiting, and more, I know that JSA is just a phone call away. They always answer their phones and advise me – unlike most large companies who entangle me in frustrating “phone trees”. If I find myself in need of any senior market product questions, I know JSA is equipped to help me promptly. They have a coast-to-coast team, making it very easy to contact them in all time zones!

JSA conducts training events nationally which I always find informative and useful. They often have carrier representatives at these events which is very valuable to me and my agents. I truly don’t know of any other organization that does this. In addition to their face-to-face training events, JSA also offers something called “Tactical Tuesday” Tactical Tuesday is a weekly virtual training available to all registered JSA agents to learn about various senior products. Trainings include: Medicare, Final Expense, Long-Term Care, Dental and so much more. As an agency owner, I know that I and my agents look forward to every Tuesday to gain more knowledge about senior products and methods for increasing our businesses.

I always advise my agents to reach out to me should they ever have questions. However, with my busy schedule I’m not always available. This is where I think JSA excels with their support. If I’m unavailable, I advise my agents to phone JSA as they will be able to assist them. I believe this is where JSA really excels. They strive to support the agents in the field and we feel their commitment to us.

When it comes to working with an IMO, we all have choices. With so many IMO’s available, I can honestly say that nobody does as good a job as Jack Schroeder and Associates.
